Gwenn Cujdik is the Manager of Cyber Incident Response Team, North America. In this role, she is responsible for managing a team of claims professionals dedicated to assisting clients before, during and after a cyber incident. Gwenn oversees AXA XL’s breach response panel and pre-breach services, including best-in-class law firms and vendors to assist in the incident response process. She liaises closely with AXA XL claims professionals and underwriting teams to ensure the needs of our clients are met should an incident occur. Gwenn joined AXA XL in 2021. Prior to joining AXA XL, Gwenn was a prosecutor in a major US city managing all aspects of a criminal investigation and prosecution ending out her law enforcement career in Homicide. Thereafter she worked as a Partner at Mullen Coughlin LLC where she focused on pre-breach services and assisting clients through all stages of responding to cyber security and data privacy events, ranging from the initial discovery of a suspected event, remediation and investigation to
potential notification of the event and inquiries from regulators, law enforcement, and media. As breach coach Gwenn assisted in the response to 100s of data privacy events involving a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors from small to large enterprise. Gwenn received her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and is admitted to Pennsylvania State Bar. She is a member of several professional organizations including NetDiligence’s Cyber Claims Advisory Group, Women in Cybersecurity, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
