Keith Rawson

Panelist, Disrupt

Keith is the current ‘Head of Threat – Cyber Crime’ for the UK’s National Cyber Crime Unit (NCCU), part of the UK’s National Crime Agency (NCA).

Keith has worked in law enforcement and government for over 25 years.  After completing a University Degree, and following a spell with the UK Civil Service, Keith joined the UK’s National Crime Squad, a forerunner to the NCA.  Keith’s career has since spanned a variety of investigative and intelligence roles, ranging from investigating the most serious Organised Crime Groups, to tackling the insider threat, to deploying to Eastern Europe as an NCA Liaison Officer.  On returning from overseas, Keith led a number of NCA Intelligence teams, before taking the position ‘Head of Threat – Drugs’, where he helped to deliver the UK’s National Drugs Strategy.

Seeking a new challenge, Keith moved to his current position with the NCCU in 2023, where he is growing a system leadership function focussed on disrupting the cybercriminal ecosystem.  Keith is the current Chair of the UK’s National Cybercrime Pursue Board and the National Cybercrime Prioritisation & Tasking Board.
