Robin Fontes is a retired Major General with over 34 years of service in the U.S. Army.  She currently is a defense consultant and advisor to start-ups focused on emerging defense and security technologies. 

In the US Army, she served as the Deputy Commanding General of the U.S. Army Cyber Command, the Senior Defense Official to India, and as the Commander of the multi-national Combined Security Transition Command overseeing the training and equipping the Afghan Army and Police.  Robin also held several senior policy and U.S. Embassy diplomatic positions focusing on U.S. relations with the countries of South and Central Asia and with our NATO and Coalition partners. 

Robin is a Board Member of the Marine Memorial Foundation and Kronos Fusion Energy Inc., and an advisory board member for RAIN Defense + AI and One Stop Systems.  She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (BS), the University of Washington (MA International Studies), and the National War College (MS National Security Strategy).
