Daniel Brown is a Cyber Risk Analyst on Axio’s Risk Quantification and Modeling team, where he supports the development of bespoke risk models for clients and contributes to industry-specific and AI-curated scenario catalogs for the Axio360 Quantification solution. He played a key role in the development of Axio’s Cyber Physical Damage product, initially incubated within Lloyd’s Lab, which quantifies cyber-driven physical damage exposures for organizations operating critical infrastructure. This includes sectors such as utilities, oil and gas, mining, and manufacturing.
Daniel’s work centers on applying actuarial techniques to build robust and credible risk models that help enterprises and insurers better understand and manage cyber risks with operational consequences. He holds a degree in Mathematics with a concentration in actuarial science from the University of Florida and is actively progressing through the actuarial exam track to deepen his technical expertise.
