Loudoun Water

After serving in the US Navy managing complex electronic systems for 10 years, Andy has spent 30+ years providing automated systems support and management for newspapers, manufacturing, material handling, and public utilities.  Working with municipal water and wastewater entities, Andy has played an instrumental role in industrial control system integration, building automation, Automated Meter Infrastructure, and OT cybersecurity technologies. 

Andy is the current Director of Operations Technology at Loudoun Water, serves as the Chair of the Virginia Section, AWWA Tech Services Committee, and as a member of both the Water-ISAC Advisory Committee and Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments CISO subcommittee.
