Gigi Flores Bustamante is a Future of Digital Security Associate at the Institute for Security and Technology (IST). Her portfolio includes the Ransomware Task Force and exploring the interplay between technology, security, and society. 

She holds a BA in International Relations from Florida International University and an MA in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. She is originally from Costa Rica.
