Amy Hogan-Burney is a member of the Ransomware Task Force Steering Committee.

Amy Hogan-Burney is the General Manager and Associate General Counsel of Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit. She leads a global team of attorneys, investigators, engineers, and analysts who work together in an ongoing effort to fight cybercrime. While at Microsoft she has also led the Privacy Compliance and Law Enforcement and National Security teams. Prior to joining Microsoft, Ms. Hogan-Burney was an attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation.
