Robert Schaap is a Chief Inspector for the National High Tech Crime Unit of the Dutch National Police and works in the role of Advisor on Public-Private Partnerships. The NHTCU is working with the broader cyber security community on operationalizing Cyber Threat Intelligence for law enforcement investigations and, on the right side of investigations, on exploring public-private actions to disrupt the criminal eco-system. Mr. Schaap holds a Masters degree in Finance & Investment and a Masters degree in Cyber Security.
