Live Event: Official Launch of the Institute for Security and Technology

Institute for Security and Technology

EVENT DESCRIPTION

We are now the Institute for Security and Technology (IST), with a mission to empower a diverse and innovative community to promote global security. Your continued inspiration and support for Technology for Global Security has enabled this evolution to become the Institute for Security and Technology — a shift that allows for further growth and the capacity to address a broader range of evolving technology and security challenges.

Today, there is an unprecedented disorder in our world and society. It is critical that we respond, and IST is taking action in this pivotal moment by doubling down on our commitment to mitigate the struggles so many are facing. Our competitive advantage rests in our ability to anticipate security challenges before they impact society through trust and foresight, convene unique leaders from the public and private sectors, and follow through by delivering results, creating markets, connecting with and ultimately informing policy.

To kick things off, IST hosted a virtual launch event on August 4th featuring discussions and Q&A sessions with leading experts on emerging security issues. To learn more about this live event, visit our launch event page.
