Ashley Simkins serves as the Executive Assistant to IST’s Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Trust Officer, where she supports executive operations, communications, and organizational alignment across the leadership team. With more than five years of experience supporting senior leaders at scale, Ashley is known for her proactive approach, strategic coordination, and ability to streamline complex workflows with precision and care.

Before joining IST, Ashley built her career at Amazon, where she managed senior regional operations, led high-impact events, and fostered culture-building initiatives across large teams. She brings a unique blend of logistical expertise, creativity, and calm under pressure to every project she supports. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and currently resides in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.
