Professor of Practice at the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. Mr. Martin previously served as founding Chief Executive of the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre and Deputy Director of Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ). He is a member of the judging panel for the Cyber Policy Awards.
