Engaging religious communities on safe and beneficial AI
Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping how humans interact with technology, society, and one another, but its development may not reflect diverse ethical, social, and religious perspectives. Religious leaders including (but not limited to) pastors, imams, and religious educators serve as trusted voices who can guide their communities in understanding AI’s ethical and societal implications. By equipping these leaders with tools and knowledge, the Religious Voices and Responsible AI effort aims to ensure that faith communities can contribute to the future of AI.
