IST Submits Comments on the Bureau of Industry and Security’s Proposed Regulation Involving U.S. Infrastructure as a Service Products
The Institute for Security and Technology in April 2024 submitted comments on the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Taking Additional Steps To Address the National Emergency With Respect to Significant Malicious Cyber-Enabled Activities, which intends to deter foreign malicious cyber actors’ use of U.S. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products.
