A large part of the Institute for Security and Technology’s recent work has focused on artificial intelligence, as we consider the most critical opportunities and challenges facing the integration of artificial intelligence-related techniques into global military planning and capabilities.
We were incredibly honored to welcome Mr. Nand Mulchandani, Acting Director of the U.S. Department of Defense’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center, as one of our first guests in our Live Webinar series. Nand brings over 25 years of experience across industry and government to his leadership role in one of the most critical positions within the U.S. Department of Defense. Building off of his deep experience working in both public and private leadership roles, this live discussion will detail the importance of artificial intelligence, its risks and opportunities, related security and technical challenges, and discuss how national security policy can catch up to emerging technologies.
