Dr. James Lewis is Distinguished Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis. Dr. Lewis previously served as a U.S. diplomat, United Nations advisor, and Executive Director of the CSIS Commission on Cybersecurity. He is a member of the judging panel for the Cyber Policy Awards.
