Dr. Todd Sriver

Acting Executive Director, Nuclear Integration and Portfolio Management (NIPM)

Dr. Todd Sriver is a member of the AI-NC3 Executive Committee.

Dr. Todd Sriver serves as the Acting Executive Director for Nuclear Integration and Portfolio Management (NIPM), a key leadership role within the Offices of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment and the Assistant Secretary of War for Nuclear Deterrence, Chemical, and Biological Defense Policy and Programs. He exercises acquisition oversight and portfolio management for nuclear weapons platforms and for the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3) enterprise. For NC3, Dr. Sriver is responsible for the comprehensive development, risk management, and modernization of the NC3 portfolio, partnering closely with United States Strategic Command to advocate for resources and to mitigate risk, ensuring the nation’s nuclear deterrent is underpinned by a credible command and control system. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with 27 years of service, Dr. Sriver’s career culminated in consecutive Pentagon assignments on the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Headquarters Air Force, where he led oversight and management of national and nuclear command and control systems, plans, and policies. Prior to his current role, he was a Principal Systems Engineer for the MITRE Corporation, where his work also focused on NC3. 

Dr. Sriver holds Ph.D. and Master of Science degrees in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in National Resource from the Eisenhower School at National Defense University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
