Leonard Bailey is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center and New York University Law School. Mr. Bailey retired as a long-serving federal prosecutor in the U.S. Department of Justice, where he led the Criminal Division’s Cybersecurity Unit and served as Special Counsel for National Security. He also previously served as Associate Deputy Attorney General and Senior Counselor to the Assistant Attorney General for National Security overseeing cyber policy. He is a member of the judging panel for the Cyber Policy Awards.
