Marina Booth is a member of the inaugural cohort of the Andrew Carnegie AI-Nuclear Policy Accelerator.
Marina Booth is a Program Analyst with MELE Associates, Inc., working in support of the Office of Nuclear Verification at the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Marina supports efforts to develop and demonstrate monitoring and verification technologies and approaches for potential future applications. In addition, she researches emerging and disruptive technologies to help prepare for potential impacts on future monitoring and verification regimes.
Marina has worked in multiple offices across NNSA in nuclear nonproliferation. Prior to joining NNSA, she received her MA in Asian Studies from Georgetown University and worked for several think tanks on topics related to inter-Korean relations, U.S.-ROK alliance management, and North Korean human rights. She holds a BA in International Relations and Political Science from Carleton College.
