Nicole Carocci serves as the Senior Executive Assistant for IST’s Chief Executive Officer and as the Event Coordinator. With almost a decade of experience supporting C-level executives and coordinating high-impact events, she brings a unique blend of administrative precision and creative event planning to every role. In her role as Senior Executive Assistant, she manages executive calendars, communications, and complex travel logistics. As Event Coordinator, she plans team offsites, large-scale conferences, and other corporate events. Nicole, a mother of three, currently resides in New Jersey in the small town she grew up in and is deeply involved in her community.
