Trista Aultman is the Deputy Director of People and Culture at IST, where she leads people operations initiatives that support the organization’s mission and growth. She works with leadership to build a workplace culture that’s positive, high-performing, and genuinely people-first.

Trista brings rich experience from the Department of Defense and the nonprofit sector. Her background spans human resources, administration, executive support, and people management, enabling her to drive strategic initiatives while still being a hands-on resource for employees and leaders alike. Originally from Allen, Oklahoma, Trista is a military spouse and a devoted mother to her son.
