After serving in the US Navy managing complex electronic systems for 10 years, Andy has spent 30+ years providing automated systems support and management for newspapers, manufacturing, material handling, and public utilities.  Working with municipal water and wastewater entities, Andy has played an instrumental role in industrial control system integration, building automation, Automated Meter Infrastructure, and OT cybersecurity technologies.

Andy is the current Director of Operations Technology at Loudoun Water, serves as the Co-Chair of the Water-ISAC Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, and is a member of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments Water Sector Working Group.
