Kevin is a Senior Counsel with the Democratic staff of the House Homeland Security Committee’s Subcommittee on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection, where he has worked since February 2021. In that capacity, he works on oversight and legislation related to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, working on issues related to cybersecurity, critical infrastructure security, and artificial intelligence. Prior to his current role, Kevin spent six years working on policy for Representative Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ), most recently as her legislative director. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in history and legal studies from Northwestern University and a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
